A Place You Never Leave
December 4th & 5th 2025
Red Lodge, Montana
A two day exhibition of works by J.T. Dutmer made in the 1930's and reproduced within an installation by Danielle Mourning. Dutmer was a frequent guest of the Tee-O-Bar Dude ranch in the valley of East Rosebud in Roscoe, Montana. He was also a prolific artist who preserved his images inside an album eventually rediscovered at a garage sale in Chicago and returned to the original family of the Tee-O-Bar where Mourning now resides.
This exhibition included fifteen large scale images on fabric within an installation created with remnants of Tee-Bar inside of the now shuttered Prerogative Kitchen in Red Lodge during the legendary Christmas Stroll.
